Holistic Wellness for Fire Season Through Yoga and Ayurveda

Come chill out and cool down through Ayurvedic remedies and the 5 Points of Yoga: breathing (pranayama), exercise (asana), relaxation (savasana), nutrition, and positive thinking & meditation.

If you’ve been feeling “burnt out,” “hot under the collar,” physically “inflamed,” or “overheated” in any way— then you may benefit from learning how to balance your fire element this summer! Come chill out and cool down through Ayurvedic remedies and the 5 Points of Yoga: breathing (pranayama), exercise (asana), relaxation (savasana), nutrition, and positive thinking & meditation. Please wear modest comfortable clothing suitable for yoga, and come 1-2 hours after your last meal. 

Teacher bio:

Annie is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained in Classical Hatha Yoga by Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm in 2021, with additional trainings in Ayurveda, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Chakra Theory and Practice.  Annie is also an artist and performer, a certified 3rd degree Reiki practitioner, and a student of Nonviolent Communication.  Before Taos, she was a practicing attorney in New York.  Now, she works with rescue animals and shares her creative and spiritual work with the community.  For private sessions and other collaborations, email annie@songlight.art.
