Come breathe, move, chant, meditate, and relax deeply to the ancient sound of the gong.

Kundalini Yoga includes various breathing techniques, asana (postures), bandhas (locks), mudras, & mantras. We will warm up, practice our Kriya, and enjoy a long savasana with gong, and then rise refreshed for a meditation. Tea served after. 

You do not need to have previous experience with any kind of yoga to come. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a shawl for meditation if you like. Yogi Tea served after.

Jiwanshakti (pronounced G-von-shock T), her spiritual name. Jiwan meaning soul: Shakti meaning the feminine power of the cosmos.
