You may have met Julian Laroza; he teaches kundalini yoga and qigong classes at the Sala. He has a passion for fermentation, as well as regenerative farming, food forests and growing a more sustainable and connected community. He’ll be setting up a kimchi ferment and all are welcome to join in. He invites you to bring a vegetable: a daikon radish, beet, or carrot are great in this ferment. You’ll take some kimchi home at the end of class.
