Gaea McGahee, fermented food lover and active in the local food system, will share her passion for fermenting interesting combinations of vegetable, spices, herbs and more. She’ll be sharing samples of recent ferments, assembling a new ferment batch on site, and invites you to join by bringing something you would like to chop and set up (optional). Gaea will address questions and connect you to the fermentation resources she draws from. It’s a wild world!
