We explore ballet, jazz, and contemporary styles of dance while learning technical skills and choreography. We’ll bring stories to life through movement, creative games, and our imaginations, while building body awareness and confidence.
Kids’ Dance class may be attended freely. If you wish to make a donation, a sliding scale of $5-$20 per class can be used.


This program is presented by our nonprofit, Sala Reach. You may donate any amount to support our work. Consider sponsoring a dancer. Our community programs are sustained by donations from community members and grants.

Teacher Bio
Monica McClelland started dancing at the age of 2. She received a BFA in Dance & Theater from Northern Illinois University. She spent 7 years dancing professionally in NYC in contemporary dance and musical theater. Credits Include: Nadine Bommer Dance Company, ALMA NYC, and Royal Caribbean Cruises.
Monica also teaches Movement & Music for Toddlers at our studio, and is the Summer Reading Program Director at the Questa Library.
