Our yoga classes are always about the pairing of breath and movement, whether the practice is strong or gentle, restorative or vinyasa flow. Each person is guided to work within their range of motion and body’s abilities. The classes below draw from Hatha Yoga and other yoga traditions.

Class Descriptions
Gentle
Free Yoga Monday – 70 min class
This restorative class calms the nervous system helping each body find balance through gentle postures and breath work. The gentle practice supports relaxation and tuning into your body.
Gentle Morning Yoga – 75 min class
Built for those beginning their practice, coming back after a break, or caring for limited mobility. Flow, in this case, means the movements are sequenced to create a sense of ease. All the benefits, gentle pace.
Gentle Yoga, restorative – This class is on hiatus
A gentle practice to increase mobility. Sequences create openness in the body and restorative postures reset the nervous system. Balance your body with this restorative evening class and prepare for good sleep.
Yoga, Stretch and Balance – 75 min class
This one hour 15 minute class creates a gentle flow to warm the body, and concludes with several supported postures to encourage the system toward restoration. We end with a generous savasana, supporting integration.
Strong
Power Hour – 70 min class
Invigorating flow for all ages, bodies and abilities. Develop strength and balance. Practice builds heat and ends with a restorative period for integration. We have introduced a First Responder edition of this class to support our community EMS personnel – often they are on call and will have a dispatch radio with them (on low).
