Come dance with other women in ways that are fun, creative, expressive and freeing. Our intention is to create a safe space that honors our bodies and fosters a sense of community. A variety of music from around the world will inspire you to move your energy in a variety of ways… slow and mindful, fast and invigorating, flowing and heartful. No dance steps to learn. Sajit will guide you to discover movements that emerge from within and feel natural and pleasurable for you.

This workshop will allow participants plan the possibility of a monthly dance class to begin in February.

Sajit Greene has a Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and has been facilitating expressive movement groups for thirty-plus years. She has a passion for supporting women to befriend their own bodies and to bond with each other through the joy of movement.
