If you came to the last one (March 6), this one will be different. Do join again for April.
Pour yourself a pot of tea and come write with Oregon Book Award finalist Nick Jaina. This will be three hours of inspiration and momentum for whatever project you are working on, or wanting to work on. Nick has developed his own methods of generating creativity, through a varied career of songwriting, live performance, and composing music for ballet and film.
Nick has published two books, Get It While You Can, a memoir, and Hitomi, a novel. He teaches workshops that address writers’ fears around scarcity, rejection, and failure. Everyone is welcome, at whatever level you’re at. The goal is to generate material you feel good about and gain some new skills that can help you to carry forward with your writing.
Check out Nick’s podcast Pep Talk for Writers ~ a podcast for when you sit down to write and you feel uninspired, lonely, or scared of writing.
